In the early days, conventional shading nets were produced without loops, requiring additional processing and sewing before installation.
To improve usability and installation efficiency, HUN-KUN ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. introduced an innovative solution by integrating durable nylon loops directly into the shading net, creating a one-piece structure. This breakthrough design has since become our patented product.
The net is available in shading rates ranging from 50% to 90%, offering flexible options to meet a wide variety of application needs.
The Nylon Shading Net with Loop is offered in two weaving options: plain weave and leno weave.
Using a specialized weaving technique, rows of reinforced green yarn are integrated along the warp direction of the net at intervals of approximately 2 feet.
Each reinforced row features a small reinforced yarn protrusions spaced approximately 1.5 feet apart, allowing the loops to securely catch and hold.
In addition to overhead shading, the Nylon Shading Net with Loop can also be used as a vertical curtain.
